Every client has individual fitness needs and goals. We help address these individual needs by offering personal training services that allow you to work on your goals one-on-one with one of our licensed personal trainers. Our trainers have many years of experience when it comes to tailoring a workout to your needs to help you fulfill your fitness goals, prevent an injury while working out, and ensuring that your workouts are beneficial to your overall health.
Our team of personal trainers is licensed and certified instructors that are experts in the field of personal training, fitness, and health. All of our instructors and trainers have gone through extensive training to obtain their certification to train others and continue to improve their methods by attending workshops, further and specialized training so that they're able to help a broad range of people achieve their health and fitness goals. Some of our trainers also have backgrounds in sports medicine and injuries and can incorporate this knowledge when training you, if you have previous sports-related injuries or other health problems that need to be considered.
Building Your Plan
In order to build the best plan that will work for you, our personal trainers must assess your current health and fitness so that it can be compared with what your future goals are. For example, if you’ve hired a personal trainer to assist you in losing weight, the personal trainer will need to understand what your current lifestyle is like and how to slowly, but healthily transition you into a new lifestyle so that you can effectively lose the weight. Only then can a customized plan be built especially for you to help you see your results.
When it comes to scheduling sessions with your personal trainer, your trainer will advise you on how frequently you need to meet to fulfill your fitness goals. Your schedule can be customized to your lifestyle and other factors and typically only requires only an hour per session to achieve a full and healthy workout. That means that you can have a personal training session before work, on the weekends, or in the evenings, while still having time to do all of your other important tasks and errands too!
To achieve the best personal training results, our personal trainers believe in the benefits of mixed training. This means that you will not perform the same, mundane routine every time you receive a personal training session. Instead, your training will be mixed to work on different parts of your body at different times to build up your stamina and strength. Some days may focus on your legs and cardio, while others will focus on building upper body strength, arms, and shoulders. We can also provide exercises and tips on how to practice your exercises at home, stretch out your muscles when they're aching, or continue to build strength in your muscles outside of personal training sessions.
